Genesys G-SUMMIT PRAGUE 2017

Genesys G-Summit Conference took place in Prague on 2nd of November and we were present. G-Summit is annual conference and meeting of Genesys partners and customers in the region where to discuss all things of customer experience.
The main topics of G-Summit have been artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality, etc. Genesys introduced KATE, its platform integration of artificial intelligence applications such as chatbots, predictive routing, picture and patterns recognitions, etc.
News was introducing of the new product: Dynamic case management. The DCM solution can be used for intelligent management,routing and process automation, which straightens the concept of omni-channel communication, that Genesys can manage and route any work item.
Several Genesys customers presented their success stories how Genesys helped them in the fulfillment of building the premium customer experience solution.
