PI Planning for swiss insurance Die Mobiliar of teams Asterix, Idefix and Obelix in Bratislava

✌ CCW, s.r.o. had the great privilege of hosting the Product Increment (PI) Planning for PIQ3 2025, bringing together three agile teams – Art Gurten Asterix, Idefix, and Obelix – from the Swiss insurance company Die Mobiliar.

🫶 We were delighted to welcome 16 team members from Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, as well as four partner companies: Die Mobiliar, IBM, Redbird, and CCW.

👉 The workshop not only strengthened our Scrum expertise but also fostered stronger team spirit through engaging team-building activities. Highlights included a boat trip to historic Devín Castle and shared meals in the vibrant Old Town of Bratislava.
