CCW presentation in the Siebel Virtual CAB 2020

CCW was honoured to present Enhancing collaboration in the Contact Center based on Skype for business at Siebel Virtual Customer Advisory Board.

Siebel Customer Advisory Board consist of important Siebel CRM customers where Oracle spreads information about innovations and news for Siebel CRM. in CAB will also the strategy and direction of Siebel CRM influenced.

CCW presented integration between Siebel CRM and contact center  Luware based on Skype for Business VoIP solution. The integration is unique by its loose pattern using only server REST protocol call for creation of the interactions entities and by using simple and fast  URL calls on  Open UI client side. We also successfully utilise Chrome extension to ensure uniqness of session and to control the api calls on Open UI side. The solution was implemented in with the Swiss and Simple in the mind. We have also presented the Open UI implementations which made business processes for customer faster and more efficient.
