Skype Siebel CTI Integration

For our client, an Insurance based company, we implemented the integration of the Skype for Business communication platform and Oracle Siebel CRM. The project implementation lasted for 4 months. The new connector has been developed and replaced existing solution. Today, the client uses Skype Siebel Integration for more than 2500 agents. Switching to VoIP technology and having integration with CRM system, client has kept all the functionalities and spared costs.
