Software
Axxium software consists of two types of components:

The call flow, which represents what you want your callers to hear and which options you want to offer the caller, is designed by Voxtron's award winning Graphical User Interface (GUI). Just 11 clever icons enable you to make seamlessly your call flows and have new applications up and running in a matter of minutes.

The technical components, which rarely need to be changed, such as the communication protocol with a host computer or the integration with a switch, are ActiveX- dll components that are hidden from the customer under the X-icon. This prevents any inadvertent changes that could affect the correct functioning of the system.

Hardware
Axxium is based on industrial grade computers that are designed for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Optional redundancy ensures that the system will continue to work even if one sub-component of the system fails. Voxtron's philosophy is to use open system standards and the latest hardware configurations.
