Company CCW s.r.o. was founded in 1992. Since that time the division CCW Computers is oriented on the complex delivery of PC systems, components, networks, software distribution and warranty and non-warranty service. Company CCW was expanded by CCW CUSTOMIZE division which is primary focused on the delivery of CRMs (Customer Relationship Management), contact centers and their integration as well as development of its own solution for mobile asset tracking and fleet management - Monit7. At the same time we offer consulting services for design of processes and solutions related to customer care.

This way a complex IT solution and complete IT consulting delivery synergy under one roof was created.

Regarding the CRM solutions we provide complete consulting and delivery services of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Oracle Siebel CRM. For contact centers we are partner of Belgian company VOXTRON and our expertise know how also includes integration services for GENESYS contact centers. Besides the customization of standard CRM solutions and contact centers, CCW Customize even develops its own software applications. Software development is mainly oriented to the field of GPS monitoring and mobile asset tracking.
